WHAT CAN UNAC DO FOR ME?

At UNAC we only have one mission - to fulfill the accommodation needs of students at Coventry and Warwick University by introducing to them great student properties in the best student areas in Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington.

OK- BUT WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Simple - the landlords on our register pay us a small commission for every one of their properties (or rooms) we let.

DO YOU ONLY DEAL WITH GROUPS OF STUDENTS?

We will find whole houses for groups of friends e.g. 3, 4, 5 or 6 or we will find single room or flat accommodation for individuals.

WHAT SORT OF PROPERTIES DO YOU HAVE?

Mainly houses for 3, 4, 5 or 6 people sharing as a group. Get in touch early though as the very best properties will go early.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM STANDARD FOR YOUR HOUSES

Rest assured we won't waste your time (what's the point!) - all of our properties are comfortable and well presented.

ARE YOUR PROPERTIES EXPENSIVE

On the contrary, because our properties are privately owned and managed they are better value for money than the big business 'nannied' accommodation that you may have already looked at. Your accommodation costs will be considerably less and you will be more in control. Plus, you know who you will be living with!

SO HOW DOES IT WORK

You contact us and tell us where you want to live, when you need to move in and how many in your group - (only 1 is fine). We tell you what is on our books and how much it is. If your are interested we arrange a viewing.

We only show you good quality property. You save time and hassle. You save money. You remove risk.

WHAT IS THE DOWNSIDE FOR ME
