Key WorkersHow we can help you? UNAC can help you to find accommodation. We have many landlords seeking working individuals to rent their property. What will it cost me? This service is free of charge to you. We will list properties for you under the heading Key workers on our property page. What if I wish to rent just a room in a shared house? Some landlords are prepared to rent on a room by room basis. We can discuss your requirements when you place your enquiry. What do the landlords expect? You will need to pay the equivalent of 2 month’s rent made up of 1 month rent in advance plus a deposit of 1 month’s rent – this deposit is refundable at the end of your stay (assuming your property remains in good order). What Do I Need to Provide You will need ID, and to set up a direct debit to pay your rent. References from where you live currently are very important.
